CM Advocates LLP - Uganda > Pre-Interview Questionnaire

Pre-Interview Questionnaire

A pre-interview questionnaire is a series of questions that allow you to learn more about the candidate prior to the interview. It asks them to provide information related to their background, job preferences, career goals, preferred management style, and key motivators. This document is used by an employer, or recruitment firm or agency prior to the actual interview.

The document is filled by a candidate by simply answering the questions possessed to you in the questionnaire. You must thoroughly answer each question without providing too much detail, just as you would in an actual in-person or phone interview. If the questionnaire includes space in which to answer each question, don’t exceed the space given. Keep your answers concise but complete.
